Simcha Lodge is a self-catering accommodation in Marloth Park where you can relax in the heart of the African bush surrounded by wildlife roaming free. Separated by the Crocodile River from the Kruger National Park!

The sights and sounds of Africa greet you every morning from the comfort of your air-conditioned bedroom with views from every vantage point. Relax at the pool and “game watch” over the river or drive into the Kruger Park 6km away. The Mozambique coast or the mountains of Swaziland are both a little more than an hour’s drive.

Some exciting activities include taking a drive to the local Bush Centre where you will find the new Atlantic Water park, great braai spots, shops, putt-putt etc. There is also a bar where you can enjoy delicious pub lunches or an evening out, all within Marloth Park and minutes away from Simcha Lodge.

Entertainment

The upstairs lounge area has a large flat screen TV with DStv and comfy couches to relax on. There are also board games to get the competitive side going!

Rooms

There are four rooms with queen-size beds of which two include a single bed as well as one bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed which is perfect for kids. There are 3 full bathrooms for your convenience. All the rooms have air-conditioning as well as bedding and towels.

Self Catering

The kitchen is fully equipped for your needs and includes a gas stove and oven, a fridge and freezer combination, ice machine, water dispenser, crockery, cutlery etc. The unit is serviced in the mornings between 7 am and 10 am where the dishes will be washed, beds made and bathrooms cleaned.

Take a Dip

Enjoy a dip in our splash pool while overlooking the beautiful scenery surrounding you with the birds chirping, or if you’re lucky, having the view of game roaming about. It can get hot here so the cooldown is worth it!

Marloth Park

Giraffe, kudu, zebra, warthog, duiker, wildebeest and a host of other African plains game species frequently roam our property. There are a number of walking trails as well as cycling, birding, picnicking or taking a drive along the Crocodile River.

Kruger National Park

Marloth Park is just a couple of minutes drive from the Crocodile Gate that allows you to enter the famous and well known Kruger National Park. Crocodile Bridge Gate is the most eastern entrance to the Kruger National Park. It lies roughly 12 kilometres from Komatipoort, close to the Mozambican border.  The gate times change depending on the time of the year. Please check this link for more info on the Gate Hours.
